Accommodation: Apartments Vukovic Nikola

The apartments are located in the coastal town of Morinj on the coast. We have our own beach which is divided into a small pier (pontoon) and a sandy part of the beach which is ideal for small children. In the beach there is a summer house with outdoor grill and benches, so that practically guests can stay all day by the sea swimming and preparing lunch by the sea. The beach also has beach furniture, ie deck chairs, umbrellas and other accompanying elements.

Apartments Vukovic are located right on the beach and provide guests with the perfect place to relax in the silence of natural vegetation and greenery, and we can also organize for you an active vacation in terms of boating, fishing, rent a car, etc.…
The proximity of the sea, beaches, and peace and beautiful views make us a destination where you will feel at home and the kind hosts will do their best to make your vacation pleasant and quality.

We have 4 apartments,

one triple studio

The four-bed apartments are made one above the other, on the ground floor, first floor and attic.
The apartments have about 45 m2 and a terrace of about 9 m2. They are categorized with 4 stars.
They are located in Kostanjica, which belongs to the municipality of Kotor. Kostanjica is 25 km from Kotor and 25 km from Herceg Novi.
Within the apartment there is a parking lot, private beach with deck chairs and umbrellas and shower which are free for guests of the apartment, a summer house with a large table and outdoor grill.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, coffee maker, microwave, ironing board and iron, washing machine, hair dryer, internet (WIFI). The apartments have 4 beds.
When entering the apartment on the right is a fully equipped bathroom (shower, washing machine and more).
Then kitchen (set of dishes, pots, plates, glasses (wine, juice, brandy), bowls, dish towels, dishwashing detergent, microwave, coffee maker, coffee maker, stove-two plates, refrigerator, aspirator.)
Next to the kitchen is a dining table with chairs, TV, and closet.
Then you enter a room that has a double bed and one bed and an extra bed (in one of the apartments there is a bunk bed next to the double, and in the other two there is one extra bed) .. set of bed linen, blankets, terrycloth, shower towels towels for hands and face and towels for feet) air conditioning,, large mirror and overlooks the sea, and exits to the balcony which also overlooks its own beach, jacuzzi and yard. On the balcony there is a wire for drying towels and clothes, and a table with 4 chairs.
The three-bed studio apartment is separate and located not far from the other three apartments.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days or in agreement with the guests.
